Instagram’s Temporarily Disable Account Page, select your reason for temporarily disabling
your Instagram account. You can select your reason from the dropdown menu
next to the “Why are you disabling your account?” option.
Select "Something else", if prefer not to give a reason. However, if you don’t select a reason for disabling your Instagram account from the dropdown menu, Instagram will not let you deactivate your Instagram account.
4. After selecting your reason, Instagram
will ask you to re-enter your password. Next to the “To continue, please
re-enter your password” option, enter your Password.
5. Once you entered your password, finally
click on Temporarily Disable Account at the bottom of the
screen.
Now, you have deactivated your Instagram account.
