You can make a YouTube account on a Computer by
properly following the steps shown below.
1. Open
YouTube
on your computer browser.
2. Then,
in the top right corner click SIGN IN. Then,
Google will ask you to sign in to your Gmail Account.

Click on the Create Account
option if you do not have a Gmail account. Then, choose one among the list of
options: “For Myself”, “For my child”, or “To manage
my business”.
Note: If you already have created a Gmail account, enter your Gmail ID and password to sign in to your Gmail account and then YouTube.

You can make a YouTube account on Android by appropriately
